Shipping Costs
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, this may vary due to peak and promotional times, please allow 1-2 extra business days to dispatch.
All orders are dispatched with Australia Post or Sendle, and we offer standard shipping on all deliveries.
Standard shipping is $9.95 and flat rate fee of $14.99 on express shipping.
Please note that orders that contain multiple products will be fulfilled in separate shipments.
We give authority to leave parcels, if this may cause any inconvenience, we recommend sending your hobby kit to a business address.
Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive an email with all tracking details. It can take up to 24 hours for the email to appear in your inbox.
If for any reason you do not receive an email from us with 48 hours, please contact us at hello@heyhobby.com.au

If there has been an error with your address at checkout and you notice this after processing your order, you can contact us at hello@heyhobby.com.au. We advise that you contact us ASAP.
We do not accept any responsibility for orders being sent to an incorrect address, however we will aim to amend it before the order is processed and shipped. This cannot always be guaranteed.

We currently only ship Australia wide and do not offer shipping to New Zealand or overseas.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, our policy is that we do not offer returns. When we are packing your order, we inspect every item making sure it’s in perfect condition before we send it out. In the unlikely event an item in your order is damaged we ask that you contact hello@heyhobby.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your hobby kit. Please ensure you attach images of the damaged goods.

We will endeavour to review the request within 5 working days, if we deem the item faulty, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We do accept any refunds or returns on change of mind full priced purchases, items purchased during a flash sale or sale items.
ExchangesWe do not currently offer exchanges on any orders.
Refund process
In the event or a faulty of damaged item being returned, we will be in touch to advise if the refund is approved or not. If approved, we will process a full refund on the original payment method within 5 working days. It is important to note that bank or credit card companies have their own processing times which may impact the time in which you receive the monies owed.
